Automatic transmission and a clutch pedal?

Some cars with an automatic transmission have a clutch pedal which is okay but there is no clutch. I dont know if this is intentional or not?

 

that may be a mod related issue.

Are you sure it isn't a parking break? Some vehicles have a parking break pedal on the far left

In the parts selector, do you have a manual shifter selected?

 

Yea it could be that. It's on the default pickup.

 

Side by side, showing the D-Series with an automatic or manual transmission. See how the left most pedal is always there. Another way you can tell is that the pedals are animated, when the parking brake is activated that pedal moves.
