Maybe a extra thick frame seeming your basing it off of the C500, pretty sure they done it so the frame don’t bend/flex when carrying heavy loads over ruff terrain

I've just noticed: the sign should be a bit wider (I mean stretched up and down) and a bigger part should be connected to the bullbar, not just the top

P.S.: is this supposted to be connected to another truck in front of it? like this?

Something else that I would like to point out about the C500 is that the daycab and sleeper is spaced out off of the frame witch is what makes it look big

 

that pics are awesome! maybe the leaf spring are breaking from the rear axis and that brakes the driveshaft!, i know the suspension is harder to make in the t series, a lot of modders throught the years said that !

Yeah I already made a skin that makes the frame colorable and the cab completely one color without chrome.
