Police chases are broken

Hey. I'm looking for people here who can help me fix broken police chases, the police are chasing my car very slowly already starting with version 17 of the game. Also, if you can really fix it, I can pay you for it.

My game is always updated to the latest version, I have a licensed version. But this is not about updates, but about something else. I wrote many times about this problem, but there are no feedbacks and corrections.
