Can't remember the name of this map

I had it once before but, had to get a new computer and now I can't find it again.
What I do remember is, a gas station in the middle of nowhere with a water tower beside it. You could crash into the propane tank and it would explode, cause the awning to fall, the sign to fall over and knock over the water tower as well.
Can anyone tell me what the name of this map is and if it still exists?
