Help with IYB 200BX Anti-lag

Sooooo, long story short. My little bro somehow learned how to delete stuff in computers. Yesh my lil bro deleted beamng. I reinstalled it got all the mods back (reinstalled by hand not backup) a pain.
So I installed 1 of my favorite mods with the backfire antilag 200bx popaawww. With the sounds and stuff.
so ingame I don't hear the anti-lag sounds the braapppp popaw. so I only see the flames.
