You are correct as so far as taking a real scale to moon will make it display the wrong mass.
However, that is purely because it's calibrated to a certain gravitational acceleration, which does not match the moon's.
Since the kind of scales we use in real life are using force sensors (so called load cells usually), they cannot possibly reliably measure mass under varying gravity.

Our in-game scale can recalibrate itself though since it knows the current gravitational acceleration and therefore works at any time.

They should't. They measure the weight. And have to show different one.

Video dont't show that. But that's known issue then glass still broken then hit Restore in time of breaking.

Not sure when exactly this bug came into existence, but it's still present after this most recent update. Regardless of whether or not you have competitive scenario conditions disabled you are not able to change your vehicle in any of the "Crawl" scenarios. I'd really like to use my own off-road vehicles on these great pre-made courses. This issue seems to be the only scenarios with this issue. This issue does not extend to Climbing Utah, that scenario allows you to choose when CSC is disabled.

The "Siren 3" sound doesn't seem to loop properly after 0.19.3, it worked fine before the latest update but now it has a long pause before looping again.

The crawl scenarios are made with the new Flowgraph system, which is not meant to work with the 'Competitive Scenario Condition' option yet.
In other words, they are not affected by it / it's not supported yet.

OK. Again. Your scales is not working correctly now. The real scales measure THE WEIGHT. And they should show THE WEIGHT, not mass. And weight change according the gravity change.

I specifically implemented it the way it is now, I don't see a point in making the scale deliberately wrong.

Apart from that, when did you last see a normal scale show you the weight of something? (ie in N, which would be the correct unit for weight)

Had you kept in mind "...don't see a point in making the scale DELIBERATELY CORRECT"?

It's interesting to see in game, that declares "physics based one", weird things intentionally "deliberately wrong".

Nope. Usual scales display their output in units of mass, if had I implemented this one the way it works IRL, ie calibrated to certain gravitational acceleration, it would display the wrong thing under gravity varying from whatever it was calibrated with.
Since I can easily fix this real life calibration issue I opted to not make it display the wrong mass, but the correct one instead.

What the hell MASS again? Scales display WEIGHT.
    --- Post updated ---
    Not "wrong", but actual WEIGHT!

Sorry, I didn't saw the video, but think it helps.

Yes, they are. But it's wrong behaviour. The scales MUST display WEIGHT. It just as they work in real life.

bruh why does the word "weighing" has weight in it. are you supposed to say massing?

It's a scale that measures weight (yes, that's how it works, it does actually measure the force applied to certain beams) and happens to be able to convert it to mass under all gravitational circumstances.
This is by design and I don't see a reason to change it.

Hope to see that feature soon, the scenarios are great!

OK. You just say: "That is nothing common to real life, but we'll leave that in current state".

because there is no reason to change it
