    Most (if not all) of the camera angles were done with the new Path camera that's now integrated in the world editor
    > F10 to open it > Tools > Path camera.
    Takes a bit of getting use to, but it's an amazing tool once paired with replays!

    It's called "Italian Skins" or something like that. Mostly used it because I didn't like the stock Polizia livery.
