Trino is a fictional car brand that I though of during the creation of my first vehicle (ever), which is at this time (6/6/14) is still in progress, it is my first car model ever and I am looking for feedback on how it looks so far. I do not expect for these to end up ingame any time soon.
So heres my first car so far, the Trino S7R, a prototype modern car:

    and now, the ugly wireframe:

This was originally going to be a audi, (forgot what car by them) but decided to go artistic. the outside is the only place where in going to fallow blueprints (or white prints, since my prints are black and white). The inside is going to be 100% custom.
Feel free to post constructive criticism below. (please don't yell at me about the wireframe, I know its ugly :) )
(also a little help with the images, they wont appear on the post but they do in the editor)

    Looking good!

    Only problems.
-Front wheel arch looks to small
-Front windscreen is a bit too round

Don't use subsurf unless you know what you are doing. With that wireframe it isn't going to have good deformation.

    Example:
    00ETE0T.jpg
I made this thing with Suburf, and unless you make a higher resolution Jbeam structure, the mesh will tend to create a lot of artifacts when deforming :\

Let him do as he do, should be interesting to see what a man that doesn't design cars for a living* will create.
*He/She may or may not design cars for a living.

I know the front window is round, I did that on accident at first, but ended up liking it like that, gives it a more concept car design.
I know this wouldn't deform well Ingame, but this vehicle wasn't planed to to Ingame, my later ones might be able to be put in.
Also, I am not a car designer, just someone who is learning blender. (I have been learning for 1 year now)

I totally agree with Nadeox, don't use subsurf. It creates too many polys and the model actually gets worse if you don't know how to control the subsurf (the "crease" for example).Better "smooth"if and add "edge split" modifier like I have done on my second car model in Blender -

Most importantly - be patient. You can't expect the first car to be brilliant ( i don't want to show mine:rolleyes:). You have to have motivation and patience. Good luck and I'm looking forward to seeing progress:)
