So I got a bright idea to replicate Cherrier awd system in ETK cars.
I find it very fitting because ETK is loosely based on BMW and BMW in many of their xDrive cars use clutch based awd.
So that you can have awd with benefit of disconnectig it to be only rwd.
I have ported transfer case from vivace and made it rwd based.
My only problem is with controller.I can set the clutch lock manually but when I try to use the original driving dynamics controller(electronicSplitShaftLock) it does not want to launch it.I get CMU not present error in debug. I`m not very good at understanding Lua but I have some experience with other programming languages. My main problem is that i can`t get driving dynamics controller to launch.I have copied an entire driving dynamics folder content along with all the actuator, sensors and supervisors.
And I could not find any threads with porting new driving dynamics system to other cars.
I can post my mod folder for examination if needed.

The devs said that this feature will be coming to the 800 Series and K Series, and possibly the Sunburst.

Its time to scrap this idea and wait for the devs to make it.

I also tried the same, same error, the way to make it working was to also add to the vehicle the dse system. With dse active it seems to work as intended (except when you keep ESC and TC off, in that case in keeps the awd working all the time). I`m not an expert so I can`t explain why.
