When i try to make an object in blender and port to Beam, it has no texture. Any idea on what im doing wrong? i export from blender to a blank folder. it creates a .dae and the .png i used. then i make a materials file. When i first spawn ingame it has a material, then i drag the main.materials.json to the folder i made. then when i try to use it again it has no material and is forever broken. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

Using the default Notepad is definitely one of the issues. Go download Notepad++ & use that to edit the code. Other than that, I have no idea how to help. Maybe @Car_Killer could help you

i have a question, when i put a vehicle from beamng into blender, all configurations pop up and they are all stuck together. For example, I have 5 hoods stuck in each other. Do you know how to prevent this?

This is a different problem, most likely caused by all of the separate parts of your model being combined either in the jbeam or it has just been exported as all one object

There's nothing you can do about that, as that's how making models for games work.
