Its just common behavior of tires current now.

 

the vivace's race trim appears to be listed as a police config for some reason.

 

All traffic after some time of being spawned just stops, nothing moves. During the time that they work they tend to stop much more than usual or be very cautious.
Tested on ECUSA and WCUSA

 

Hi I have an issues with.... yes again with a DCT
Im grateful about bug fix when the dct was stuck in higher gear that makes the car unable to move forward. But I found out it works only in arcade mode and not in realistic. That really disappointed me.
And last and most annoying thing about DCT. Devs, please, can you make the clutch in DCT smoother. Im really tired of the jerky action which can be seen in downshifting. And which is also connected with really bad rev matching which just bounce the whole car.
I really hope that you will see this post and that you can finally make the DCT that reflect how dct behaves in real cars.

I'm 99% sure this wasn't caused by this update and it doesn't really affect gameplay, but might as well report it since I heard the devs will be messing with this map:

Some AI issue have queued to fix already.

 

The shadows disappearing issue at low fovs (camera tool etc) that was fixed in 0.19.0 seems to be broken again/reverted to how it was pre-0.19 as of the latest hotfix which is rather annoying.

 

"Maneuver" is spelled incorrectly for the Jungle Rock Island Chase scenario:

“Maneuver” and “manoeuvre” are both correct, it’s a classic case of American vs. European spelling (color vs. colour, aluminum vs. aluminium, etc.).

But yes, it is misspelled in the scenario.

 

Well, I don't remember getting the hotfix for 0.19. The Pigeon and Bolide from what I can tell are still there.

 

I think others have mentioned this, but I'll throw my name in to say that ESC and TC never completely turns off on any of the Cherrier models I've tested so far. I can see brake temperatures climbing on the outside wheels when I drive side to side trying to slip the tires, or when trying to do donuts in the AWD cars. Removing the ABS, stability control, and traction control modules under the Driving & Safety Electronics tree has no effect. I have to remove the Driving & Safety Electronics tree completely to get everything to turn off.

 

Most if not every modern car you cannot turn ESC off completely. I bet this something that is simulating in Vivace.

 

Yeah, I thought about that. But this is a game where a lot of people WANT to induce wheel spin, not like in real life. I should be able to turn it completely off without having to rip the whole electronics package out. Besides, most of the models have several different modes with the stability and traction control on. Weird to have 4 modes of ESC/TC and one of them isn't actually off. What does Arsenic mode even do??

 

I'm saying it doesn't turn ESC and TC off. The brakes will still act to limit wheel spin when trying to turn the vehicle. They can spin if you're going dead straight.

 

As you just say, there is an option to turn them off by removing electronics. Then just save this and voila. I personally like this idea.
