    Hi everyone,

is it possible to make a ball which makes no damage too the car and can respawn like a car? (I ask because i don´t know anything about modding.) Then you only need a map with two goals. Just like this: ;)

I´m sure this would be very awesome in BeamNG, especially when we have multiplayer! :p

    Thanks for your answers.

Very possible. I believe someone actually made a script to convert meshes in Blender to .jbeam, and made a bouncy ball to demonstrate. I can't remember where the thread was, though.

    (tryin to keep calm)
these tree examples ARE THE MOST INTERRESTING THING IVE SEEN SOFAR FOR BEAMNG ...too bad.
    everyone i asked said:
ITS NOT POSSIBLE TO MAKE JBEAMED OBJECTS RIGHT NOW (no thickness, slfcollision problems, clipping problems etc.)
but what did i just see then??? IT CLEARLY WORKS!
we have like 40 released cars, 97 released maps and 3 jbeamed objects wich one of is a joke.
i really dont get why there is such a lack of interrest in this. Beamng is the only engine at the time capable of doing this soft-body stuff.
if i just wanted to race cars there would have been other options. (list of countless racing sims & games)

    edit:

i just realized, i once even made a tread to ask what in its core BeamNG is about?, soft-body deforming or driving cars ?
this makes me wanna ask again.

    please excuse this outrage
