    Right click on that in Object Mode, press W & select Smooth Shading. If that won't help, go into Edit Mode with that mesh, press Ctrl + N to recalculate normals & then select Smooth Shading

    Select the mesh, then on the right side of Blender window, go into Object Data Properties (that green triangle thing) & do this:
