A European van as addition to the Cherrier FCV Family/platform. Variants including: - Passenger van - Camper van - Modern ambulance - Small firetruck I could imagine something like this with the Cherrier lights and front fascia.

I've seen people making a Coupe and Wagon version, but a Convertible Coupe version could be new and interesting. By the way it made me realize that there's no stock convertible in BeamNG, there's probably a development reason for this?
3-doors and folding hardtop variants would be kinda out of fashion right now. Most european manufacturers have abandoned either bodystyle with their latest C-segment offerings.
