Holland he released this car for Rigs or Rods. Why do you need wip pics, Its definitely his design. As to weather elvisnake copied it or not i can't say as there are similarities and difference between the two. Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk
I have no idea who made it and im not trying to take sides i was just pointing out to holland that at some point micracer made a similair mesh as he seemed to have the wrong end of the stick. Sent from my HTC One X+ using Tapatalk
Okay, going to rant here /rant_start At this point it doesnt even matter who made them, the entire problem is the way holland handles problems. If he had simply said "No, I didnt copy your axles, though i digress they look similar. Ill ask you if i want to use something of yours" then the entire goddamn problem would be nonexistent. But Holland has to protect his e-peen and make a joke of himself by being hostile to everyone. Given, Dkutch can be hostile too, but with reason. /rant_over Lesson here is kiddies, be nice then you wont become the laughing stock of the thread. Derp just realized i had no clue what was happening. oops.
Something I felt to share: Since I got the steering to work, I noticed that the wheels kept clipping trough the leaf. The choice I had was to reduce the steering radius, so low that it took a lot of space to turn. So I decided to just make the wheel base a bit larger (about 10 cms), and now the turning radius is much greater (from 0.09 to 0.20). Compared with a real truck, the wheelbase is alright, so I just had a too thin one since I started. Here's a comparison with the D15 and a trailer. I do plan to make something like "bed options". And a fifth wheel is one option. Dat Flex As for the cab, I'm still very very uncertain on the cab design. The one I made is ok, but I'm still not happy with it :\ Something like this Tata LPTA 3138 would look perfect on this kind of truck. A thing I'm finding some difficulties is finding some proper scheme/diagram or real picture of what's under a cab like this: the engine placement, all the running gears and etc. :\
Ref pics are super hard to come by, i found some more from my collection i made for a Similair project, here are a few. Try searching for spray booths or sandblasting companies as they like to list previous projects such as the stuff your after. The cab tends to rest on a raised bar sort of like the one on the chassis i made which yours doesn't seem to have. Also on a side note, if you want to use the trailer or any of its J-beam as an included part of your truck feel free Looks amazing
My first project is now being announced. Albert Park. I have no idea what to do with this now... lol, help from ANYONE WHO KNOWS is very much appreciated. Nadeox, Drowsy, Skiper and all the other awesome modders, if you are willing to help/give me tips for my first mod, reply or hit me with a PM. Thank you, pf.
You made a heightmap without knowing what to do with it? Uh http://docs.garagegames.com/torque-...s/BuildingTerrains.html#Importing_A_Heightmap http://wiki.beamng.com/Terrains:Quickstart_guide

Made anyone something like this before? It such an easy mod I can hardly imagine nobody did I borrowed the mirrors, doors and rear fender from my own D15 stepside. And yes it's still full of flaws. But think of the potential; a Pigeon on top of a Moonhawk Flatbed ute, on top of a (lengthened) D15 flatbed, on top of a D45(?) rollback on top of a T75 Flatbed, on a trailer pulled by a T75?
