I'm currently working on a facelift for the D-Series that looks like a Toyota Pickup. I recently cleared most of my mods as they were slowing down the game. Now the glowmaps on the custom gauge cluster do not work and the textures for the taillights are 'missing'. Here is before: and after: (The lights are on as indicated by the high beams light) I get these error messages: but that doesn't make sense as all the textures are in the mod folder and worked perfectly fine before. I am not an experienced modder and just want these things to work again, any help will be greatly appreciated. I've uploaded the mod, its inside the D-Series called 'Toyota Pickup'. All the jbeam, dds file, ect are all in one messy folder atm but its all there.
Ill be able to help with this. --- Post updated --- So if this is based off the pickup, why are you using hopper maps?
It was originally just the engine I was working on and I had used the hopper i4 engine, so I just copied the Hopper's material file, I just continued to add new materials to that file and never deleted the ones I didn't need.
that could be whats giving you trouble. Remove anything that has to do with "hopper" and "lights" together, then check for anything else that could give you trouble. Seems like their bashing.
Hmmm okay I'll try that --- Post updated --- Nope that didn't change anything --- Post updated --- didn't change anything --- Post updated --- Also it breaks every other car for some reason. No 'main' nodes exist is what the console says
Anyone? --- Post updated --- Okay, I got help from a friend and got the issue solved. I want to post what I did wrong so people in the future who have this problem can check what I did. All it was, I put the glowmaps for the cluster and taillights in the "pickup.jbeam" main file, thus causing other issues that broke the game in ways. All I did was put the appropriate glowmaps in their own files (ie. dash glowmap goes in the cluster.jbeam file)
