So yeah Roblox moderation as we know is kinda whack. Random censoring and all that we all know of it, but Roblox is on a rampage of bad updates we now have a update that focuses itself mainly on scripts and all that. So as a developer myself I kinda think this is a waste of resources. Moderation on scripts...yikes. So problem found. The scripts are moderated by unknown "pros" and if they find anything that`s bad (at least in their eyes) they report to Roblox and they delete the account or game as is. Now this actually might screw up so much since they might think that for example this is a bad code: local player = game.Players.LocalPlayer local character = player.Character local camera = workspace.CurrentCamera repeat wait() camera.CameraType = Enum.CameraType.Scriptable until camera.CameraType == Enum.CameraType.Scriptable camera.CFrame = workspace.CameraPos.CFrame local blur = Instance.new("BlurEffect",camera) Now I know there isnt anything bad in this code it just focuses a part onto the camera and adds a blur effect. But if one of those people think this a bad code and reports it to Roblox you get screwed easily. I dont understand, moderation on scripts really? Now I remeber seeing on the thread replys that somebody made a script to ban swear words and the words "free robux" and thats actually good! But he got banned for putting in the swear words. YIKES... my only phrase will be: Roblox sucks and its all robloxs fault (R) flamingo --- Post updated --- Also its the most useless update ever, they couldve just make their regular moderation alot better instead of doing this
I agree its a useless update ever, and Flamingo kinda ruined Roblox. I try to ignore him and all that.
yea this is why roblox is falling apart, the fact it hasn't shut down yet is very suprising to say the least.
