Honestly... both of you are right... I still can't wait for this mod though... ATV, I don't know where you live or what you do for a living (though considering how this spread like wildfire I'm guessing it doesn't matter what you do or where you live...) anyways, has the Coronavirus given you any more spare time?
One could say that has happened, yes... Also, to all that are worried about the file size, just remember, the game doesn't load the whole mod all in one go. Admittedly, it takes a bit to load on the first go (when you first load the truck the first time, it does take a bit... like a solid 15 seconds on my machine... not gonna lie) but after that... it really actually isn't that bad. The only thing that is even remotely difficult to run right now is the tracks... I am still trying to improve that... I have made progress... but there is still a lot of improvements to be made with them.
Do you use a slidenode-based track or a triangle based track (what keeps them from leaving the rollers) I had better results with triangles than with slidenodes, performance and smoothness wise
Oh really? Well right now they are slidenode based... and you had better performance with triangle based tracks? I will have to give that a try. Thank you!
