    Hello everyone,
Today I just installed my T300RS (sparco r383 wheel) GT edition with TH8A shifter setup and bought BeamNg to test it. Wheel and pedals works perfectly, the game is awesome !
I just have a problem with shifting :

In the vehicul controls options I put the good bindings, the gear 1 of the shifter corresponding to "Gear 1" box etc... But seems like it don't work properly for most of the vehicles. The gear 1 of the game is keeping locked at the gate 5 of my shifter, and the gear 2 at the gate 4, idk why.
The gate 1 of my shifter is setting "P" (I think it's the handbrake) and the gate 2 "D". It continue to happens no matter the changes I do in the bindings.

Also it continue when i put on / off the realistic gearbox mod.

Then i tried to change vehicle and with others ones the shifting worked properly (good gears at good gates) but the car is starting only when i keep foot on clutch and at contrary don't want to move when i get foot up. Should be the contrary, and i don't see any option to make it work differently.

Do you have an idea of how to fix these issues and just make manual transmission work normally and with good gates / good clutch movement with all cars ?

The game looks so cool and vast, i can't wait to realistically drive accross the maps, it's frustrating to have these shifting issues ! Thanks a lot by advance

It sounds like you're driving a car with an automatic transmission. Be sure to select a vehicle config labelled (M) in the vehicle selector.

Yes it was simply that, thanks you! What about the second problem ? I have to keep my foot on clutch pedal to start moving and speed up, should be the contrary

The thread is solved, i fixed the second problem with the "Inverted axis" option on the clutch binding detailled options in options/vehicles.
I'm happy it was just simple problems of noobie, i'll start driving now !

If it's possible i'll edit the title of the topic to solved but will not delete it in the case another beginner would have the same technical problem.
