Cancelled Praga V3S M2

Pretty sure slide node code hasn't even been started on yet. I know. :/ At least I haven't seen anything about it.
But the devs really are working hard. They're working as hard as they can to get this update out.
Can't help but feel a little sorry for the guys.

 

It'd be a lot easier to swallow the whole "complete rewrite of almost everything" if we got more progress updates from the Dev team.

Sweet. Thanks for apologizing. He says he's working on the race update, as well as a bunch of other stuff nobody was associating with the race update. Why not more details on the race update? What's going on in that area? Are these new things (steam submission, certs, torrent updates, etc) part of the race update? If no, slow down on those and tell us what the hell is going on. If yes, stop with the feature creep. Focus on what you have and get it into a releasable state.

I have no idea what's going on, and that's the problem. It's been too long, the updates aren't informative enough, and there hasn't been a release.

Stop pretending like there's absolutely no reason to be irked, because I think there definitely is. The fact that I'm not the only one unimpressed thus far reinforces that train of thought.

why was "the one who shall not be named for reasons i don't fully understand" banned, he had "insert number greater than 1000" posts surely a bit of leeway wouldn't have done any harm...
