Probably not, as the chassis, platform and all of the driving aids have already been built to suit and work in a modern French hatchback

I want to create some constructive criticism of the vivace's styling. Something's been bugging me about it. I've taken some time to think about it and I think I know what it is.

It looks like a small car, which is great. I've always wanted a small modern 3 door or 5 door hatchback. On the rear, nothing wrong with it. I'd move the license plate onto the bootlid, rather than having it on the bumper since that's a lot more popular with car designers. Other than that, it's good! it looks the way it should. Side profile of the car is good, it's inkeeping with the proportions of modern car design and very French.

But when you get down to the front fascia, it's almost there. On the picture in the OP, the fascia of the green version looks fine. It's the sport fascia, and where I think it's failing is the area under the headlights. It's flat, and it isn't doing the job of the bumper. Which is ostensibly to provide a bit of protection in a low impact to expensive or necessary components - like the headlights.

Just compare what you did on the green one with what you did on the yellow one.

The front of the yellow car is overall quite flat, and I think it would benefit from a bit more shape and curvature along the front but also, if the lights are a car's eyes then give the bumper some 'cheek bones' under those headlights like you did with the fascia for the green car. In any vehicle I can find, there's always some portion of the front bumper that extends - even just a little bit - further front of the headlights with a distinct body line. It would stop the area looking less flat

The closest thing I could compare that part of the car to is with this feature in the 2019 Toyota Yaris.

Even they created some kind of line to define a sort of 'cheekbone' under the headlight.

But you look at any rogues gallery of modern hot hatches, and you get a distinct line under the headlight somewhere. And that's really all I think it's missing. Possibly a feature that's small, but significant when it comes to car body styling. Let me know what you think. Because the car this is most compared to is the modern focus, and the Renault Megane. And they both have some form of horizontal line that sits under the front lights. See below :)

That’s a Fiesta, but even it has the lines you were talking about, showing that it must be an important design feature on modern cars. The devs really should consider what you said :)
