[SOLVED] Confused about game files

    recently deleted and re-installed Beamng due to lag etc, hoping it would fix the problem. However, when I went into documents, to make sure all the files had gone back safely, it appeared there was no vehicle folder etc.

    All I have now is

    cache
    mods
    screenshots
    settings
    TrackEditor
    beamng.2
    beamng
    beamng-launcher.2
    beamng-launcher.

    Concerned there is something wrong. Can anyone help?

    Pretty sure the vehicles folder in documents is just for custom configs and possibly custom paint colours.

    C:\Program Files (x86)\Steam\steamapps\common\BeamNG.drive is where the actual game files are.

    Should there be a vehicles folder there? I cannot see one.

    Yes, if you look in the folder named "content" (within the file path in the previous post) the vehicles folder should be there :)
