Yeah, I'm home all day so you can get it whenever you want. (I can also post the config file if you want it)
(So it looks like the seasons pack updated, if it has the snow versions of maps do we all want to take pictures with it?)
Alright, I'll come right now and pick it up. ( Nah it's good, I've optioned out the luxe trim GM to all of the specs it has.) * Gets to your house, pays for the car, receives the title and keys, and drives off in the GM* New car time! I got this GM due to the LeGran being kind of rare and not wanting it to be rusted out when the salt trucks come and go. Not to mention that nobody makes all-terrain tires that fit the rims on the LeGran, and the truck is RWD with HD tires and a big gas guzzling 6.0 turbo diesel. It also snowed finally, yay. I was almost convinced that this would be the first year ever in my life where there wasn't any snowfall in Firwood. But thankfully I was wrong and everything is now coated in a thick layer of snow and ice.
I really really regret selling the roof to my Moonhawk. I put a tarp over it, but now there’s snow everywhere and it’s gonna be freezing. With my job, I was considering buying something a bit more reliable however. I know I just bought the Moonhawk but I don’t really think it’s suitable with the cold and the fact that I’ve gotta carry parts and kids. Yeah, kidS. I’m basically my sisters chariot now, hauling her friends all around Firwood. So now I’m on the market for a new car. --- Post updated --- I fixed up my Moonhawk and sold it. I’ll miss it, but now that I have a good job I can afford something better, although not really cooler. It’s between a 200BX LS and Ibishu Pessima Sport right now. --- Post updated --- We never had so much of this crap in Belasco. How am I supposed to drive my stick shift sports coupe in this? At least my sister likes it. --- Post updated --- Parking in this stuff is impossible. Anyway, here is my car, a 1993 Ibishu 200BX LS.
I awoke to a solid layer of snow on everything this morning. About an hour later, I had shoveled the whole driveway and brushed off Autumn's and my vehicles. I really need to invest in a shitty plow truck or a cheap Hopper I could use for the aforementioned position. We also decided that it would be a good idea to grab more wood for the fireplace. While our house has a typical modern electric furnace, we often rely on the wood-burning fireplace for a form of instant heat. That being said, I didn't feel like heading to the backyard and attempting to cut up some branches to use as firewood so Autumn and I took a drive up to the sawmill and bought some scrap wood that they didn't have a use for, for cheap. We got home and unloaded the firewood into the house. No sooner than we did that, I got a call from one of my friends who had already wound up in a ditch. We then took off again in the trusty Roamer to go recover my friend. The D-series was actually pretty well damaged from its incident, but after a couple decent yanks of a synthetic tow strap attached to the Roamer, I was able to get the truck out.
New character Name: Denis Carl Age: 18 Location: East Coast USA Cars: Sunburst start version Work: I don't have House: None. I rent there a room
My 200bx is pretty good for a 90s Ibishu. I really appreciate the heating system it has. I think the schools here are going to be shutting down, as the roads are really slick this year. Anyway, another student moved in to the Inn, his name is @Denis15 and he goes to Firwood high as well. He drives a crappy Hirochi Start. I’m not sure what I think about him yet. Probably another kid to razz and fight. --- Post updated --- I've decided to go on a walk with my sister. The snow kind of sucks in my opinion, although she loves it.
Due to the snow, the garage has seen more customers then ever. Either snow tires, or accidents due to the slippery roads. You cant hear me complaining though. I start repairing a roamer that drove into a wall, because of the snow. Luckily it aint too damaged, so it was easy to fix. After the roamer guy leaves, i sit back on my chair, and turn on the radio: “Welcome to firwood news. Today: snow causing acciDENTS, hot chocolate sales through the roof, and maybe a possible snowstorm.”
The walk was fun, I managed to fall over many times. I'm guessing Beamrepairs is busy so I should probably head over.
*Hits a tree in my trusty old Pickup near Firwood (Don't have pics since i canot be bothered to go on BeamNG And my laptop cant run it these days) and calls a tow truck to beamrepairs*
I no longer have my beloved '94 wagon. I was driving into West Coast to visit relatives and the engine basically exploded. It's ruined, and for less than repairs are gonna cost, I can just buy a new car. For now, I've settled on a covet. It should do well enough for now. Currently, I'm trying to save as much money as I can to spend on nice things later. The covet is actually quite fun to drive, its speedy and agile. I might enjoy this more than I thought. (Yes, I know it snowed, but I don't have the seasons pack right now.)
So ya I got notification from school that they are closing down. My brother asked for help. He sayd that he needs to transport some bozes but he doesn't have car with tow hitch. So I drove to the pickup place and got it
I was out for a drive when the snow hit, and I don't want to take my chances, so I guess I'm stranded I'm not too far from home, so I can easily just walk home and return for the car when the snow clears, but I don't want to take my chances with that either
I'm seriously screwed right now, I've had a contract with the Firwood Public Transit Dept. for the past 3 years saying that I would be the only person that can fix and maintain their transit buses. But in those 3 years the city of Firwood has built it's own mechanic depot, and my services are no longer required by them. For the past 3 years, the transit buses have been my main source of income for my shop. But now since they've taken their business elsewhere, I've been losing money left and right just trying to maintain my shop. Let alone paying bills and buying parts. Oh well, tomorrow I'll be heading into town looking for a job. hopefully I can find one, if not I may start a new business but we'll have to see about that.
New Character My name's Cory Cook and I'm 22 years old, and I live here: I work at Firwood Marine Precision Machining as a tool room worker. My vehicles are: 1991 Gavril D25 on 38" tires 2. 1993 Ibishu Hopper XT-4 on 31" tires I also rent some shop space in town with 3 of my friends where we all work on our cars.
I wanted to make a small road trip with my car Man, I love it. It goes like crazy. Heating works great. And I love speed Well, I didn't have another plans. So I meet @brien_w
I’ve decided to meet up with the new kid, @Denis15 , at the Firwood cafe. Driving the 200bx in this crap sucks, but I’m getting better.
I came across some pictures on my phone from an evening at the shop this past summer. There had to be a dozen of us out there, just grilling up some food and hanging out. It eventually got pretty rowdy when one of my friends at the shop ripped a burnout in his project Burnside. Shortly thereafter, we were able to peer pressure another one of my friends to do a burnout against the wall in a work van, which is owned by the company he works for. Eventually the guys from the garage across the street got their I-series drift car out and decimated the lot. Hell, even I got the 38" tires on my truck spinning. Good times, I can't wait for the winter weather to leave Firwood so I can get back to the shop with 'the boys.
