A lot of stutters!

So I have recently started playing beamng.Drive as so many people were recommending it... I liked the game all and all but there's a problem... It is stutters... When I am driving around each 5 seconds the game freezes for quarter a second or so then runs normally again... This problem is so frustrating... I currently play the game on the Max settings possible (but I lowered some rendering distances for the CPU)

Hardware specs:
-i5 4590 - 8 GB RAM Dual Channel - XFX Radeon RX 570 4 GB

Other Specs:
-The Classic dell Optiplex 7020 Mini tower - FSP 60APN 500w PSU - Western Digitals Blue 1 TB

System Specs:
-Windows 10 Pro 64 Bit build 1909 - AMD Radeon Adrenaline Software 20.2.1

Also MSI afterburner Temps after playing on Max Settings possible in the game: CPU around 60 Degrees, GPU around 71 Degrees (In Jungle Rock Island)

Please tell me how can I fix that problem, it's so frustrating

 

I tried disabling the game mode feature, and this problem does not happen in grid map...

 

I had stuttering in BeamNG on Italy and large maps with 16gb ram up until I went to 64gb. Your 8gb ram could be contributing to the stuttering. Check your ram usage. What res are you playing at?

Also turn down shadows if you're running them at the max setting.
