Thanks for supporting me till the end. This map was a learning process for me and I have already started my work on another map whose thread I'll release soon.

 

Happens for me too. The garage spawnpoint is too small for the default pickup truck. My guess is that arnok has a different car set as his default which is why he didn’t notice.

 

Oops I didn't noticed that before. I agree with @SuperAusten64 comment. At the time of map making, I was too busy in making foliage and other towns.

 

I like this map, I want to know one thing: if you don't collide with the ghost car, it leaves you in the dark, right?

I wanted to say that if you don't collide with the ghost car he won't collide with you or if he crashes you just like if you haven't done anything to him

 

Ahh, okay! It's inevitable to avoid the ghost car. Even you don't collide with the ghost car; it will find you and try to hunt you down. I hope this has solved your query.

 

I have noticed that if you press f11 and go to the map files there is a folder called special and there is a file called ghost inside, that file is the ghost car, but if I don't want to delete it but I don't want it to crash with me I have to have the time of day imagining that it is at night

 

i believe that you might have to leave it there, or just probrably break the game

Uh, there is a way to avoid it but it doesn't really accomplish much. If you have a reasonably competent off-roader like a Hopper or D-Series with 4wd and lockers, you can go off road and up onto hills and such where the ghost car can't reach you. Problem is you tend to get cornered with no place to go, kind of like a cat treed by a dog. Until the dog gives up and goes away (and the ghost car doesn't give up) the cat is stuck in the tree with nowhere to go.

i wonder how to activate because when i set it to .73 it is pretty dark and i drive around and there is no ghost car i hear no honking or see flashing lights and i clicked update all mods and nothing so can someone tell me how to activate it that will be helpful thanks

 

Sometimes the ghost car can take some time to spawn in. Adjust your slider to morning, then again back to night and check whether the car spawns or not.

Hey guys. I need a help from you'll. If any one of you has my map installed, please check whether the ghost car spawns at night or not. From my side, the ghost car code is broken and when I opened the console it is throwing a full list of errors. The game doesn't show the new world editor UI when I press F11. I guess the latest update which also updates the World editor has to do something with the ghost car code.

 

No ghost car, console full of errors. Old editor works (Ctrl + Shift + F11).

 

This means either the update introduced a pesky bug through world editor or the ghost car code itself requires a correction. I’ll look into it. Thank you for your clarification
