Currently there's no slot for dashboard changes yet, so different gauge isn't really possible without a bunch of redundant code and a lot of time and effort.
Not to say it won't happen though.

Nah man last time I checked dashboard changes weren't possible without a boatload of time and effort spent on not much.
Unless if you're talking about re-doing the D-Series/Roamer dash themselves and this not being a mod, then well I don't know what to say but wait until the Phase 2 of the D-15 redux.

 

You can replace the textures, but it won't be compatible with repo mods and that's it
