Just wondering how to find the Moonhawk mod on you photo?

 

I found my rims. Sadly Michael is long gone from this forum so the textures are going to be broken forever.

 

It’s The Shotty’s Moonhawk Facelift mod, but it’s been broken since 0.16. I used my Legacy Vehicle Pack to fix it.

What a wonderful representation of all the things WCUSA does, but doesnt do well. Its a jack of all trades, but master of non. The racetrack eats up so much of the map, that the interesting areas only represent a tiny fraction of the map, and are too small to be enjoyed. Fig 1A. is the """Costal Highway""" that is like 3ft long.

that's where I think they should either split the racetrack into another map (like they did with port/industrial), or expand the map to 4x4km.

Agreed, for a major coastal city the urban area is comically tiny. It's even worse when you compare it to the race track, which is about 1.5 times the size. There's also nothing on the island; the bridge loops back on itself, and there's several areas where space is completely wasted.
It may wreak havoc on framerate, but I'd love to see something more like GTA IV's Liberty City. If they can fill 4 square kilometers with mostly the same stuff (I'm talking about Italy), then why can't they just make WCA and everything in it (except for the race track) bigger?
