twitching flickering artifacts

I reinstalled the game. The cache was cleaning.

 

Hey man, Is this when you use the replay system? Or when you play the game in realtime ?
In my post it is only when I have recorded a replay and are playing it back, but it makes the replay system a bit useless when racing cars around and see all the parts that has fallen off from earlier in the replay jump around.
But hopefully it can be fixed in the future.

Yes I know, hopefully we can get some a answers from the development team about this, if it is possible to fix, and if they have plans to fix this in the near future.
