Why there isnt multplayer?

hello devs, im not judging here, im just curious and want answers.

I wonder what probelm and difficulties are devs facing when they are developing multplayer for this game

This has been explained many times, pull up nearly any other thread suggesting it and there's an explanation.
TLDR: The game's physics engine is very complicated. Getting all that info over an internet connection in real time is not easy.

As Nathan said above, there's been two or three mods over the years for it, the most recent of which is actually making fair progress.

For now you can use multiseat for local multiplayer or paraec/steam-whatever-they-call-it + multiseat for online multiplayer-ish.

 

Basically why this game doesnt have it yet, its the game engine used its the complexity @estama explained it years ago and if you think adding multiplayer is easy to a game its about 30 times harder with this game down to the physics engine and how do you sync it up at the time its weird...
