once it is finished I think you should create engine swaps from other ford cars(fiesta, edge, ranger, etc.)
Well once the focus mod is done, I’ll fully focus (no pun intended lol) on my universal Automation Mod, which will add 30-40 tunable engines as options to any automation vehicle. I already made some progress and am currently jbeaming a Regera engine and am trying to make it hybrid
Can't believe I missed this thread - I drove one of these for several years, don't recall the specs but it was a silver, two-door manual. I genuinely hated it at the time, but now I kinda miss the little shitbox.
Another update! With engine swaps. What changed? A lot. Lets begin... -Added a 4.5 Liter V8 engine swap, that transmits the power via a transfer case as the engine is too high up. -added blowers for the V8 engine -added hood exit and side exit exhausts as options for the V8 -added a Tesla model S P100D swap, so you can now go green and go fast -added meshes both for EV swap and V8 swap -fixed issues with AWD systems -fixed textures The attached file is a video of the EV swap You may wonder why the update was so long behind the other one Well I had an issue with it not spawning, later I found out it was a duplicate slot and that has been resolved Cheers!
That looks sweet! I usually don't like modern cars myself but I like how you always try to push the limits when it comes to Automation mods.
Time for another update on what has been going on! I managed to throw the STIG from B25Mitch into the Focus: He also moves his hands when you steer- I mean its literally just him from mitchel but jbeamed to fit into the Focus With a Stiggy cam so youre not inside his head: I jbeamed the skid plate and also fixed the rally lights! I also added a new model for the race brakes. the Deo Volente config was reworked Apart from that, there were other changed made: -The windscreen wipers now arent body color, but much rather plastic now -I added a new wing: the Nomi GT wing from the 200BX Thats pretty much all that happened The attached video shows me taking the drag version for a drive with the STIG inside Cheers!
When do you think you will post a download? I think you should now because that way more people will get to see if there are any bugs.
Well yeah, like MrJavelin said, I’m not posting it on the website just yet. Maybe as like a pre-release thing (like before I put it on the repo) so more people (I already have a few persons testing some things though) can test out the mod for issues so it won’t have those on the repository version.
Yes. I figured that out a week or so ago. You can put a n y set of wheels that exist for BeamNG on your whip now hehe
