Trying to revive old project. Mod not showing up.

    I worked on it like a year+ ago and it did work, now it doesn't show up as a mod. I placed it in mods folder packed to archive as documented in the wiki. I guess there was an update that changed how something works in jbeam files..?
    I'm attaching the archive, thanks for help!

    Like, it wouldn't show up in the vehicle selector, or it wouldn't spawn in?
    I extracted it from the .rar file and sent it to a .zip file, changing nothing else and it spawned in fine.
