    Hello,
Recently i have gotten this issue where the D-Series has missing headlight and taillight textures.
I have already tried deleting all mods related to the D-Series and clearing the cache and it did not work.
Does anybody have any idea on how to solve this issue?

Run in safe mode, clear cache again, verify integrity, verify integrity in Steam, etc.

You tried everything I said and none of it worked? Did you try clearing the cache and then running it in Safe Mode?

Safe mode does work but after i play without safe mode it breaks again and i prefer to play with mods because it adds extra content to the game.

Enable your mods in batches of about 5 at a time. Once you get to the batch that breaks your headlight textures, test each of the 5 individually (after clearing your cache). Then delete that mod, clear your cache again, and you should be good to go.
