The game doesn't load all assets...

In Utah currently.

This happens if you have old modifications or mods for this level.

Please check and disable all mods you have for Utah.
In addition go to Documents/BeamNG.drive/level and see if you have a folder named 'utah'. If you do, that means you had own modifications for the level. Delete that folder to remove those modification, and return the level to its original form.

or if not, then you may have downloaded Car_Killer's PostFX previously, try to delete lighthelper.zip from your mods folder
