Gran Turismo Sport. That game does some things rite, but the hype it gets is insane considering the slew of bugs and joke of a Sport mode with its crappy penalty system and lack of content on Launch. I might as well say drawn to death would be far more deserving of that hype, if only the servers weren't dead there
Once the singleplayer wore off i did multiplayer waaaay back when it was still console only. On consoles online was crap. Blown up as soon as i load in, switch to pacifist mode and still die. The squeakers were probably worse on console days. Now a days they, rockstar, are more concerned about the in game economy instead of making the game enjoyable and playable for everyone who doesnt buy in game monies. Ive had a smilar experience. I had two issues with the game. At first it ran slow and i made a post about it. Dev responds by saying I shouldnt be poor and get an actual computer. Despite....you know...exceeding recommended requirements. When it did work, i noticed a fault in the game. After a few people agreed with me and confirmed my findings the dev responded with their usual attitude of "You probably arent an engineer so you wouldnt know. Please dont troll on here." Absolutely killed me when the stellar people at BeamNG partnered up with them. I have yet to understand why people like it. I tried it for a day and hated how no matter how hard i grinded, i still had no credits to get a skin, or character nor did i climb up in ranking because matchmaking is non-existent...and if it id there it purposely pairs you with veterans of the game
Tom Clancy's Rainbow Six Siege. I was hoping for a co op terrorist hunt game-play but that was quickly left behind. Now with the pass thingy that is worthless to me and the announcement of Outbreak I just said screw it and uninstalled the game to now forever collect internet cobwebs.
Five Nights at Freddy's Why is this still popular? Who allowed this to be a thing? Why do some people think it's scary? I swear this needs to stop. Animatronics are scary for different reasons. Stop trying to turn them into horror figures. My friend is obsessed with "haunted animatronics" now. Thank you, Scott Cawthon.
Fortnite If there had to be a game that could be snapped out of existence including all the clickbaiters like *cough* Ali-A *cough* it would have to be Fortnite right where is the Infinity Gauntlet I know its somewhere in my house!
Half-Life 2. I understand that it's an old game but, for christs sake it looks like dogshit. Not nostalgic dogshit like San Andreas, literal dogshit. The acting is amazingly bad, the voices don't match mouth movements, the game's full of bugs and exploits, the guns are incredibly unrealistic... The list goes on.
And so was Counter-Strike. There are some significant faults in CS:GO but at least it looks somewhat okay. Not going to mention the weird, unrealistic damage system and the fact you can't ADS.
HL2's graphics were actually quite good for its time. As far as the guns, yeah I agree. The guns in that game feel absolutely terrible. Valve's implementation of dynamic bullet spread is just awful, which is why I also hate CounterStrike and TF2.
Bullet-spread in CS:GO is better than TF-2 and Half-Life, but again the lack of ADS makes the game a bit shit.
What you're doing there is comparing a game released in 2012 to a game released in 2004. That's like being mad that the Ferrari F40 is slower than a LaFerrari.
Well they run on the exact same game engine. And CS:1.6 still looked better than Half-Life 2. Easily could have updated HL-2 a tiny bit to make it not look like boiled ass.
Also, they don’t run on the same engine at all. Modern Source is highly updated from 2004 Source. That’s like saying that all versions of the Unreal Engine are the same. They aren’t Technically speaking, CS 1.6 ran on the GoldSrc engine, which was the predecessor to the Source engine. Are you thinking of CS: Source? That’s literally CS 1.6 ported to the Source engine. Your complaints are both shallow and pedantic.
I worded that poorly and, yeah, you're right. The game's graphics look much better than 1.6 (and pretty decent for coming out in '04) Voice acting is dogshit though, and I'll stand by that claim.
