I'm not sure whether anyone else has the same issue as me, I find any vehicles from either brand both the chevy the the oldsmobile, the brakes when the off road suspension is used the brakes are fitted but do not function at all
Yep, some thumbnails are not up to date with latest changes. This is because you're using the previous version of the mod which had broken offroad brakes. Delete all files of the mod and re-download it.
Hello again. This is going to be a really weird post but... I want to share a tip I found while playing. I dont know if any of you know how to do this but... "Do any of you that own this mod, wanted to try a police dragster?" I think I solved your problem. Note: THIS IS NOT A MOD. Ok first you spawn a drag regency or a interstate Pizza Delivery vehicle. Next you press escape and go into vehicle configs. You click on parts and then click on paint design. After that scroll down and click Recency Highway Patrol 1 or 2 then BOOM! Magic. Note: There are still pizzas in the car. I hope this tip was helpful! Here are some pictures.
Hello, I wrote a review for your mod kinda recently. I wanted to say that after I wrote that review. I tested the crash test cars and I had quite a bit of fun with them. So, I decided to get a non crash car and put the stig inside of it and do crash tests with it. I remember driving between 90 and 110 miles an hour in one of the crash tests I did and It would be pretty severe if it actually happened in real life. I also wanted to say that I think this mod is one of the best mods I ever downloaded. This mod is amazing and I can tell you have put a lot of work into it. Keep up the good work @SergentFido.
Why are the bench seats invisible? I tried deleting the cache files it didn't work and tried reinstalling the whole mod and that also didn't work.
The paint on the car seems really weird. Is only an issue with the Oldsmobile mod, the other vehicles (Caprice and Impala) are fine. Any suggestions?
Did you try deleting any mods to see if that was the issue? I remember having that issue when I first had the newest version of this mod, but then I deleted a few mods and I stopped having that issue. The mods I deleted were map mods and possibly other mods that weren't maps that I can't think of off the top of my head except for the Railroad barrier mod I had. I no longer have any map mods, but I am planning to reinstall a few map mods once they get updates though, so I may have that issue again. By the way, you don't have to delete mods, but just try disabling them all except for Codename oldsfullsize. I noticed that by the picture you were showing me. That is off color and weird, but I sadly don't know to say to you other then to maybe try clearing cache and disabling every mod you have except for the Codename oldsfullsize. I did not notice that issue, but I will go into the game to see if I have that issue.
This is clearly a cache issue, or older installation of the mod making a mess. Seats are not appearing because the game can't find them in the DAE 3D files, which is often caused by an older version of the DAE being in cache. I'm pretty sure that when you open the console it's saying "can't find mesh object for seat whatever the name". This is not coming from the mod itself sorry.
I love this mod, is probably my favorite. I updated it because the brakes on the offroad configs were broken, and they're working now, but I dearly miss the old engine noises... Does anyone know of a way to get those back?
Big thanks to you and the crew for creating this mod, I love it! I do have a suggestion, I suppose it doubles as a request! lol. But I had a thought, that I hope you find some interest in too. And that thought being, the mod needs a modern diesel engine swap option! Specifically what I had in mind is a Commins 5.0 V8 Turbo Diesel! 310 HP, 500-600 FT-LB of Torque.
Sorry but as previously answered to you, the ute is not planned at all. You must have misred something i wrote in a comment, where i explained the ute was once planned but it's no more the case. I'm not working on this mod anymore, except on little bug fixes and to keep it up to date.
