towed a big ass caravan with that little Fiesta too, thing was 2 times as long as the car, kept it in 3rd gear because it would otherwise stall
This is fantastic, so fantastic infact, that i had to make an account here just to say it! im also finnish and currently am building my 1.1 1978 fiesta! cant wait if you ever make this into a public mod?
Dude don't rush it. I'm sure that the creator has a lot of stuff going on and is pretty busy. Just be patient like the rest of us.
Please dont ask for release dates, or ask for it to be released.making mods takes time, and is done in the freetime of the modders.
I don't just release it because it isn't finished. It may look finished and ready to be released because I almost never post pics of stuff I haven't finished yet. It's still far from finished and won't be released in a long time. Life has been very difficult recently. I've been too tired and stressed out to do any work on this for a month. A few days ago I got some motivation and made a body colored bodykit (90% of that was copying existing meshes and changing the material). Also started making a skin that looks exactly like my Fiesta That hood paint job looks just absolutely horrible... it doesn't even look that bad in real life I hope
Really beautiful car! Great work! Sad that this thing not ready to release but I will be waiting for download button.
Hey dude this is looking really good! Don't stress yourself on the release date, I know that modding is no easy task so please take all the time you need.
guys, relax, it will most likely be released give the guy a break. Life happens (which I fully understand) and there is nothing you can really do to stop it. so just give him some time and encouragement.
Not trying to be rude but he just said it wouldn't be released in a long time. So I wouldn't get your hopes up.
Try to do that stuff in Substance Painter. I think its a more better way for these kind of things. If you look at Sketchfab, most vehicle dirt, scratches and such is made in SP. And it allows you to generate normal and specular map in real time very quickly. If you have experience in Photoshop, you will find you way fast into SP.
There are ways to get it for free. A few months ago, Adobe bought Substance and that will mean that it will be in the Adobe cloud in the future. And the Adobe Cloud is about 30€ per month if you are student.
Naive of you to assume people buy software Also, he already has used substance painter to texture the rest of the car. It's mentioned in the main post and some other posts here too.
