What font is used for Gavril lettering?

The Grand Marshal, D-Series, and Roamer all use the same font for their lettering. Does anyone know what font that is, or if it was made for the game? I'm trying to make a (private) skin that uses that font.

 

Have you tried using those font detecting programs online? If you have a picture of the lettering in question you can potentially get the font (for free I might include).

 

The only clear texture I can find in the game files has a gradient applied to it that the font detecting programs can't read. Converting to black and white just screws it up.
