I like the update for the mod, would it be possible to add some more police skins for the Chevrolet Caprice and Impala for more variety?

also, how would I go about clearing the cashe for the mod to work correctly?

Before I swept off game cache, I had the similar problem, some of new parts were disappeared (interiors excl. regular Brougham, brand new Superstocks texture and floor shifter with console). So clear your cache.

I love this mod.
i would love to make some engines with new specs for all cars of this "pack/mod".
Do i have permission to use your engine model and engines codes to make new engines?
And of course i would give you credits for the base code and the engine model's.

 

yeah im getting missing parts and textures too, it's annoying, there's gotta be something conflicting

I'm using the mod for quite some time now, and i really love it, the details, diferrent variants, its amazing!

One thing im curious is, are you planning in adding a Lowrider version? with the wire wheels, hydraulics, and maybe a stronger setup? (that the one found on vanilla cars), something like a hopper?

Or maybe, try to use whats on the game already, just use the hydraulics cylinders and controller from the Bluebuck for example?

 

He he ! The beautiful thing with this game is that you just have to select the regular frame instead of the rusty one to enjoy a rusty strong car if you wish

Yep, Lowriders versions will definitly be added. The fact is that i decided to release this now, after several weeks without modding or playing as i had too much work. So i didn't saw the project as a whole with comparison with all the 0.17 features, i didn't really got immersed in the last version of the game, i just quicly tested it. Now that i don't have pressure anymore with all my new variants, i can rest, relax and enjoy the game, and see what to improve, with my fellows co-modders. Because of course, this mod is nothing without them.

 

I love everything about the latest update!! Although I'm not getting any engine sounds for the diesels! Anyone else having this issue?

Knowing the lowriders are coming, I not in a hurry to have them, for real! hopped to be added since i found that mod (that didnt work anymore), and the Devs delivered!

Great update, still haven't found the Impala, though...

With all the new Rusty/Junkyard skins you really schould add a Dusty skin for all vehicles. That "One day in Utah"-look, not too extreme, though, it shouldn't look like there's damage/scratches.

 

The impala is pretty simple to find, just simply look for presets with impala in their name
It's part of the Caprice Classic mod section, though. Doesn't worth to be a complete variant on its own at this stage.

Yeah dusty variant is a good idea, and shouldn't be hard to do

 

anyone else getting this? im really confused as to why mine is missing parts and textures that were fine before and other people are having no problems :/

 

This glasses glitches is written in the first post. It's a random glitch due to the game renderer. You have to press ctrl+R several time untill the glass display is fine.
Nothing i can do except removing the inside dust effect.

The dusty one should be called "Barn Find....."
I believe my uncle has an Chevy impala wagon that has just been sitting in a derelict cinderblock garage that does not have a front door way down in Pulaski in Giles county, TN and it is really dusty and has been sitting for who knows how long

I would be curious to see photos of this Impala Wagon Let's go for Barn find, but i don't promise i'll make them so soon because it opens door to complexity. You know what i mean, 8 body variants currently, so at least 8 skins to create and frustration to no have every skins available in a dusty version, and so on... This is neverending. Also dust is an effect that should be automatic, an overlay process over any car you choose... maybe one day on this game
