    when I'm walking on any map, the trees are rendering or whatever but changing position. or get different! it's very uncomfortable and I don't know what to do anymore

    pc config: GTX 1060 6GB
    I5 7400
    8GB RAM

    This depends from your graphics settings.
    On lower settings, 3D models will switch to a simplified version when they are at distance or small enough on your screen (that's why the smaller trees changes earlier, as they are significantly smaller), in order to save on performance and system resources. This is called LOD (Level of Detail).
    The Mesh Quality settings in the Graphics option adjust how far the simplified models start to be used. A higher setting means the higher quality model will be used for longer distance, but it will also be heavier on performance.

    It's on high, it's just shadowless. but even with shadows the problem persists

    note that our LODs are usually tuned in favor of performance

    Unless I'm missing something, it should look the same for you.
    If it doesn't, please provide a video as it's not visible from the screenshot you posted.
