maximum players in multiseat?

    anyone know what the maximum amount of multiseat vehicles you can have in the game?

    I'm guessing it would be Five (one keyboard and 4 gamepads), but I've never tested it out as I don't have 4 controllers laying around.

    im wondering if the new steam update to let local multiplayer games be online multiplayer will work with multiseat. i can see us having a great 8 vehicle melee or racing competition depending on how many multiseat vehicles you can have.

    I arbitrarily chose 16 as the limit of simultaneous users in the same computer. Would be fun to see that many people around a single screen :-D
    Note, however, that Microsoft's XBox Input system is limited to 4 devices. So if you only have xbox gamepads, then you'll be limited to 4pads + 1keyboard = 5 users. Grab some non-xbox hardware if you want to go further than that.
