Okay, I found more info on it, evidently the author uploaded it to the repo a while ago but it was taken down shortly after because of multiple reports it got for various reasons.

Yeah, it's probably on World of Mods or something. Chances are they took it from an off-brand website and tried to re-do it. I wouldn't recommend trying to get it, since it's probably outdated and unfinished, and I would recommend getting any mods that aren't from this website.

I found the exact on on ModsGaming, and similar ones from WOM. Also, I did a little research, and as @henryjhost said, it had been re uploaded onto the Beamng website from a Russian website. However, it was later taken down due to copyright complaints and everyone else saying it wasn't a good mod. There was probably little to no difference between the on uploaded here vs the one uploaded on ModsGaming. Sorry :/ The ETK version was taken down. Someone somewhere probably has it deep within their files, however by now it's probably outdated. Sorry!
