I am very curios to see how this bus would behave being a double Decker with twice the weight. It could also play a role of a house bus which is where the idea progresses towards. I've always wanted to drive a house bus of a double decker size but a bus in general that's got 1 more level.
I can already tell you how a wentward double decker handles, since I have one in progress... It rolls fairly easily, 3 axle setup I used makes it stable enough not to roll on every corner. Making the suspension stiffer also means it behaves about the same on bumps. Top speed is considerably lower, so is the acceleration. Since my version is 40ft, but has 3 axles, with the rear most axle being steerable it has turning radius of a 35ft bus as well. You just have to watch out for low bridges and trees. Would send pics if it wouldn't be all kinds of not working since I'm in the process of optimizing files.
