More RAM!

    I need to add more RAM memory to my computer! 8GB isn't enough! Time to do Amazon shopping for 64GB. When I want AI, BeamNG ran like thick oil.

    Are you sure it's the RAM? The traffic tool depends heavily on how many cores your cpu has, and while I would agree that 8gb isn't really enough, I wouldn't go out and buy 64gb of it before considering upgrading your cpu and/ or gpu.

    Use a hardware monitering tool like MSI Afterburner/RivaTuner (and turn on the on-screen display) to find which component is being used the most, then you can shop for the part that is being used the most.

    And don't go all out upgrading without knowing what is causing the lag

    Get 32GB of ram and a good at least a I7-5700 with a good cache potential. Saved money from only going to 32 will allow you to get a better range of CPU's to choose from.

    Well that's a very German response

    OT: I only have 16gb ram and I've never had issues. Just invest in a good CPU rather than excessive RAM.

    Honestly I don't really think you need more than 16gb. With 6 cars spawned on Italy and traffic I use around 12gb of ram
