    Hello,Are there any winter tires for this computer game,
    found a winter map and the car has`s hook.

    Not totally. In the jbeam file for tyres, only static and dynamic friction are defined. This means you have no control on whether a tyre is specfically good for snow or good for loose surfaces in general
