Sun damage is a common issue in countries where there is a lot of sunshine, so the cars there tend to basically bake in the sun and it melts away the paint on the car where eventually you will see faded patches on the roof or bonnet or even the rear boot, sometimes its so bad the bare metal is showing. There are many mixes of sun damage on the car, so it will be interesting to see what "paint designs" are made. No car can escape sun damage, the question is what car will first get this? Sun damage makes a car look and feel at least 20 year older if not more. Very unattractive and expensive to repair. It starts off with blister spots, then they pop and you have little patches of UN-even paint, and it eventually leads to big patches of paint missing where the bare metal is visible
Personally I'd love to see weathered affects perhaps layered ontop of the skin layer, so we could hae weathered versions of any skin instead of specific skins made to be weathered. Side note, I've noticed IRL some brand's paint gets faded faster than others, even on corperate cousin vehicles. One of my family members owns multiple GM vehicles and the GMC's always have issues with the paint but the Chevy's don't.
Erm.....that would be some doing to attempt and the limitations of the graphics engine is one things so this is filed in "Ambitious but not recommended" in my own personal opinion
