change traffic amount

so when i played the update on my laptop. it would spawn a max of 3 traffic cars.. but on my main system it spawns like 8 of them thus me dropping to 2 fps (i got 8 cores with no hyperthreaded cores)
is there a way to change the amount of cars spawned?

 

ooh nice. quite amazed that my laptop can handle 4 ai cars at the same time
especially since its only a i7 4800mq
