Try clearing the cache. If that's not enough, verify that your game is installed to the default locations. You can also perform a file integrity check from Steam. Finally, check all your mods to see if any of them is conflicting with this one. Deactivate it if that's the case. If nothing works, a full reinstall may do the trick. If that's not enough, it would suggest your game is non-standard and that's another issue entirely. I'll also mention that all of the above steps can easily be found in the help section.......
So when I get him happy enough to go top speed the tires just blow out and fly off the car every chance they get meaning straight to 2mph Irish coffee mode it would be great if in the next update it either fixes this or let’s you at least change the wheels
I keep getting messaged from people reporting me this tire deflating issue, and I cant really find a reason for it as I dont have it, and many others dont have it either. It might be an interference with another mod.
could it be that the whole wheel acts as a tire I noticed when the tire pops the wheel seems to be cracked as well and I also think that with them being thin their flexing over to the side and I think they warp and pop themselves that’s just my thoughts otherwise I absolutely love this mod Herbie is my favorite movie car there is another thing that could be a problem with the wheels is that I think it might just be the torque being too strong on them maybe try adding more gears so that it’s a slower increase in speed and it may be easier on them but all and all I’m very excited to see where this mod goes possibly another car to add is his evil twin Horace from the second love bug movie it would be cool to drive him around as that’s never happened before and the ability to change the colors of the regular beetles would be nice as well hell could add the bus in too as it uses the same frame as the bug I’ll just stop here as I could go on and on I just love this mod so much
I totalled him once, and now all he does is backfire and move very slowly. How do I make him 'forget' what I did? And if I can't, how do I 'apologise' and make him fast again?
Hi, I'm having a problem with the mod Herbie can never be happy he always is backfiring I don't know why this is happening. (I have tried reinstalling the mod)
I just downloaded the game and the mod today. All Herbie does now is backfire - his engine shuts off immediately... needless to say, he can't move so I can't make him happy.
the suspension seems a bit stiff on herbie, at 180 km/h he starts to lose a bit of control, and if you turn to hard he flips xD other than that, love this mod. great thing and super fun to drive with. the tyres have detailed, modeled treads which stand out a little bit compared to the other texture tires in the game playing some music and taking a beach drive on italy map is fun too
