West Coast USA not working after update 0.17

hello everyone i'm in need of some help i launched BeamNG after the update for 0.17 and my west coast USA map no longer loads, it gets to the point where it says spawning player and i can hear my vehicle load into the game and i can use the throttle and hear the car rev up but it stays on the loading screen I've tried leaving it for a while and nothing happened, I've also deactivated all of my mods and cleared all of the textures and reinstalled the game and nothing happened can anyone give me some advice please.

ive tried that and t didn't work ive also tried fully removing the map and verifying it and it didn't work afterwords either

 

try to delete files in the documents and reinstall the game(reinstall before) I had this problem and it works
