Bump. Today I saw two unique cars on one bike ride. First off, a quick Google search revealed that this mysterious 4-door coupe Infiniti was an Infiniti J30. I can’t recall ever seeing one before. It was in really great shape, too. I knew what the second one was, a VW Phaeton, VW’s failed W12 attempt to try to get in to the US luxury market. This one fittingly has European plates on it, you sure don’t see many of these in the states.
Wow, these are considered to be rare to you folks? These are just regular cars that I see all the time.
I tried looking up production numbers for the J30, but I wasn’t able to find very clear results. It seems like they weren’t incredibly low production, I just hardly ever (or never) see them.
This is the only Alfa Romeo 75 Turbo Evoluzione in the whole American continent. I saw it earlier today.
I went to Wal-Mart today, and when I got there I spotted a Plymouth Prowler. I never thought I'd see one of those.
I moved out of state in early June, and while I was stopping for the first night of driving cross-country, I was at a hotel in Albuquerque NM and I saw someone trailering a third gen Lotus Esprit at the gas station across the street, when I got to my new town, I saw two USDM 240sx's parked next to each other, an s13 and an s14.
