To all the developers, Happy Birthday! Thank you for the last 6 years of a dream game come true. I have had such a great time and learned so much! Your work is unbelievable. Love HighDef xxx If anyone else wants to leave a card feel free to add one below.
Happy Birthday to the team! Thanks for giving us so many joyful hours, heated speculations and also a lot of laughs. To the future of BeamNG
Happy Birthday to BeamNG ! Thanks for this awesome game that take a all my free time . Can't wait to see with what BeamNG's wizards can surprise us .
Happy birthday BeamNG, 6 years of great content, interactions with the devs and a magnificently active mod comunity. many others years shall pass with you being one of my favorite games.
Happy Birthday BeamNG! Yesterday, I was actually completely unaware of the fact that BeamNG's birthday was today, and spent all day reading through the entire Devblog. As someone who spent late middle school reading the Devblog and watching ancient BeamNG videos, finally buying the game in my freshman year of high school was quite the experience. This year I am starting my freshman year of college. Looking back, it was very nice to see how I grew up alongside BeamNG. Most of my friends say that BeamNG plays too much of a role in my life, and I'd actually agree with them. The fact that, when given the ability to pick one place to visit in all of Europe, I chose to visit a small office on the Bremen University campus says quite a lot. Although at times I may seem at odds with some of BeamNG's decisions, it is solely because I care so much about BeamNG and want to see it succeed. I strongly wish BeamNG and all the people who help create it my best and cannot wait to see what BeamNG creates in the future, from BeamNG.Drive and beyond. Thank you all for your hard work and the amazing software that you develop!
Hard to think I was a young teen when this game came out, Now I'm pretty much almost a young adult. dam 6 years ago. I did get into the game later on, even though I couldn't run it well.
Happy birthday beamng Im really happy that this game is a thing! Like, what other game has that good physics?
I found out about the game in 2012/2013. I’ve kept an eye on it for many years, and I finally got to play it late 2018. It’s an awesome game, a great community and dev team, and I can only see things going uphill from here.
Happy 6th anniversary! Had a long history with the game, and I still own it to this day (although not as active in-game anymore).
I remember trying to play the original tech demo back in 2013 on my old crappy eMachine. I finally got it in 2015 when I got a new PC that could handle it. The game keeps getting better with each update, and I really hope it gets a full release sometime in the future.
dear Beamng, not only happy birthday, but congrads, on the game, the effort put into the game is outstanding. I tip my hat to all the devs
Happy birthday to the best game i ever played, Legit, happy birthday. And we all seen you grew, survive those 3rd party mods ( Mods gaming ) To grow into a sweet thing.
Same here, found out about Beam around that time too, downloaded free alpha version (if I'm correct), couldn't handle the cars properly and thought : 'Maybe they're going to make a good simulator out of it by devving some good physics and so on.' To me it seemed that soft body physics was the main achievement at that time. I regularly scanned the web for possible evolution and then I forgot about it for a long time until beginning this year I stumbled upon the more recent YouTube videos while thinking : 'You must be kidding !' Congratulations, BeamNG !
yay! cheers to another great year! I found BeamNG in 2014 and have never turned back. I remember it like it was yesterday- watching old Neilogical and crash compilations. I finally purchased it on my AMD laptop (didnt work out) so i got a desktop and it ran at 30 FPS . This game has come such a long way, now on that PC it would probably run well at 60 FPS. but now i have a beast so no FPS issues anymore xd. Seriously, BeamNG has done lots for me in my short life. I love each an everyone of the devs that put this delicate and unique masterpiece together, byte by byte. Keep on the straight and narrow, BeamNG, and keep surprising me! much love to all the devs and community alike, -Kueso (formerly BlueGinge123)
Ah, brings back memories of running the V2 techdemo on my POS Compaq at 10 FPS. I am happy to report that I now easily get 6 times that.
From my side, thank you all for the kind words. I'm looking forward to researching and implementing even more awesome ideas in the future
